Day 22 - New Year's Day

The morning was started at 8am by the puppies (Demi, Jedi, Ahsoka and Mitch) running into Shell and Jaime's (and Abby's) room when they SUPPOSED to be running downstairs to go to the toilet!! What a way to wake up! After finally getting them to the backyard, we all came back upstairs and spent the next hour or so having snuggles with the dogs.

After breaky, everyone (including the dogs) went back to bed. And that's about all we did all day!! :)

Day 21 - A Very Fluffy New Year!

What a great day the pups had!!!! It was our Fluffy Puppy Party for NYE and Shell, Jaime and Dwayne came over (and two of Jaime's dogs - Abby and Demi). The pups were all left with Bren during the day while Nik and Jaime went to a friend's house to photograph their 4 dogs. Mitch, Demi and Ahsoka spent the next 4 hours playing lappie wrestling while Abby and Jedi slept.

Once Nik and Jaime came back, it was even more play time!! There were lots of zoomies, fetch and bitey face games to be played and lots of nummy food.

The dogs (and humans) didn't end up getting to bed until 230-3am!

Day 19 & Day 20

The 29th and 30th of December were both very quiet days... We knew that NYE was going to be a big one, so we didn't get up to much! Just a few walks and lots of playing!

Mitch and Ahsoka modeled some new tugs for a friend who makes tug toys for medium to giant breed dogs (DMan Tugs).

Day 18

The pups had a lot of fun today playing! Soaks and Mitch had lots of fun catching toys and treats. Mitch is a little 'special' when it comes to catching treats, but he got there in the end!

In the afternoon, we went walking around the suburbs with the dogs and had an early night.

Day 17

Wow, another pretty quiet day.

Day 16: Cuddles

What a quiet day the puppers had. After the Christmas rush, everyone was all sleepy. Soaks and Mitch had a couple of very cute cuddles on the floor.

Mitch has also finally got the hang of eating real dog food (Meat and Bones). He has also started to eat a lot faster. He learnt really fast that if he doesn't eat straight away, Soaks will steal his food.

Day 15 - Merry Giftmas

The puppers woke up early for a very Merry Giftmas.

First up the puppers were forced to have breakfast and stare longingly at their stocking. But eventually the humans relented and let the puppies at them.

Jedi got to go first. He was pretty keen on his stocking but was disappointed to discover it was full of food he wasn't allowed to eat. What a crock! He did get a neat food dispenser toy thing, but hasn't tried it out yet.

Mitch went next and had some trouble working out how to un-stocking his toys. He eventually got there with a little help and commenced playing with Ahsoka (and his new toy) immediately.

It took Ahsoka a little time to calm down from all the excitement of Jedi and Mitch opening their presents. Once she calmed down she found a toy bonanza in her stocking and went mad trying to play with everything at once.

With all the packing done, it was time jump in the car and travel down to Wollongong to go to the beach. Unfortunately it was pouring rain so no one made it to the beach. The puppies had a nice play in a very wet backyard then got bundled back to Sydney.

Back in Sydney it was still raining, but not as hard and at least it was cool, so the puppies got to go for a nice long, damp walk.

After all the excitement the puppies crashed out after a very profitable, gift filled giftmas.
